Burnley School
This was a project we completed in 2012 on a school in Burnley. It was quite a challenging roof, the client had water/damp leaking through the walls and windows for many years so asked if we could possibly felt them. So we first insulated the walls with 120mm foil backed insulation covered with 12mm plywood which was drilled and fixed to wall. We then torch applied two layer Tremco felt to the vertical which was a very difficult task but we manged it in the end. Next we had new windows installed which were framed using 150mm black grip trim and then waterproofed with felt.
